Return and Refund policy

We trust your order brings you the highest satisfaction. However, should it not fully meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with all the details and instructions for sending your item back to us.

Please note:

• We currently do not offer free returns.
  Return shipping cost is €4.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
• Approved returns must be received within 30 days, unless we’ve been notified of a delay in advance. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for processing.

 

Damages or Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us right away at lilu.elements.cy@gmail.com so we can make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and issue your refund.

After the refund is issued, it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
